Yanel + David’s Fall Wedding at Park Winters

Park Winters stands out as one of Sacramento's most sought-after wedding venues, especially in a city renowned as the Farm to Fork Capital. Embracing the agricultural essence, Park Winters prides itself on utilizing fresh produce from its onsite farm, crafting a menu that resonates with the flavors of the season. Nestled just beyond the city's hustle, the venue boasts immaculate flower gardens – a haven for those looking to create their own bouquet – alongside a historic home, making it an idyllic luxury farmhouse retreat.

Choosing the unconventional day of Monday for their nuptials, Yanel and David tapped into the perks of securing extra days off for their loved ones and potential cost savings on significant wedding elements, including the venue. While Saturdays, Fridays, and Sundays are typically the first choices for many, Mondays and Tuesdays are steadily gaining popularity. David's pre-wedding moments unfolded in the tower, utilizing its multiple levels to maintain the pristine condition of the rooms for photos. The groomsmen donned their attire amidst this charming setting, followed by a picturesque journey through shaded garden areas for portraits. Meanwhile, the bride prepared in the main house, beginning her coverage in the iconic bridal suite with its beautiful bay window – a favorite spot for photographs. The bridal preparations, accompanied by champagne and matching pajamas, transitioned seamlessly to outdoor portraits beside the fountain.

In the grand setting of Park Winters, where expansive grounds beckon exploration, Yanel and David embraced the charm of a first look. Opting for a private exchange of vows, the couple traversed the eastern half of the property, exploring the circle garden, lavenders, and pool before the arrival of guests. This strategic timeline allowed for the couple to enjoy their cocktail hour without any lingering tasks, outside of capturing sunset photos on the western side of the property, near the flower fields, later in the evening.

Gracefully Jules Designs worked their magic, adorning the space with a minimalist yet classic black and white farmhouse aesthetic, complemented by touches of minty green table runners complimenting the white roses, baby's breath, and anemones. The dinner unfolded beneath the stars, set against the backdrop of Park Winters' reception barn. As the night progressed, the celebration shifted indoors for dancing and the ceremonial cutting of the cake, creating an enchanting atmosphere that echoed the timeless beauty of this distinguished wedding venue.
